an Infrared Sauna Studio
PREPARATION

Consult your Doctor or Health Care Practitioner first, if you are unsure or have never used an infrared sauna.

Drink plenty of water or electrolytes before your sweat session.

Please do NOT drink any caffeine at least 2 hours before your session.

Bring cotton tank top & cotton bottoms to use during your session (shorts, boxer shorts, boy shorts or full back undies). Commando not permitted.

Bring loose fitting clothing to wear after.

Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your first session to ensure proper orientation.

Please be sure NOT to take any medication prior to your session (after is fine). **ANTIBIOTICS: appointment can be scheduled 7-10 days after last dose.

Please eat light/healthy food, nothing too heavy if you're hungry at least 1 hour prior to your session.

Please do NOT wear any lotions, perfumes or sunscreen prior to your session.

Please do NOT have any alcohol or use recreational drugs the night before your session.

Please bring 2 bath or beach towels and water to drink, in your own bag.

Please text upon arrival, wait in your car until you receive a return text to come in (waiting room will be closed).

Masks- optional for patrons & staff.

If you have received vaccination or flu shot - you must wait 30 days after your shot to be able to use our services.

To do our part in preventing the spread of any infectious disease in our community & studio, we are restricting access to this facility for anyone who may have recently been exposed to any current virus, diseases or illnesses. Please read carefully.
By entering this facility, you are affirming & attesting that:

You have NOT in the last 14 days had any close contact with anyone who is either confirmed or suspected of being infected with any strain of Coronavirus, Monkeypox or other infectious diseases including anyone who was experiencing or displaying any of the known symptoms of above named viruses (listed below); AND
-
You have NOT in the last month traveled to a restricted area or outside of the US that is under a Travel Advisory according to the US State Department; AND
-
You do NOT currently experience or display, and you have NOT in the last 14 days experienced or displayed, any of the following symptoms:

Elevated temperature or fever of 100.4 F or higher,

Cough,

Shortness of breath and /or difficulty breathing,

Loss of smell and/or taste,

Fatigue, muscle aches, chills, shaking, or
-
Persistent headaches.
