Service Description

These 30 minutes will indulge your senses, as well as get you to calm & meditate. All while you lay in our soothing & cozy infrared solo pod. These pods have three temperature zones, making it customizable to the user. It is the perfect way to start or end your week, or anytime in between! Soothe aches and pains, relax your muscles and ease your mind. Allow the mind + body connection to begin. You are in a private, safe and sanitized environment to rid yourself of the outside world. Be sure to come equipped with 2-bath or beach towels. Remember to hydrate and follow the preparation & guidelines listed. It is always a good idea to check with your Doctor first, if you are unsure you can have an infrared sauna session. *A credit card is required when texting or calling to book your FIRST appointment. **Please note, the credit card presented by you, held on file will be charged the full service rate for appointments canceled under 24 hours or “No Shows”.
